You'll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, overseeing reporting, and supporting the wider team with expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial processes related to block management, ensuring accurate records and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage service charge accounts using specialist property management software, handling reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Lead the accounts team, ensuring timely payments, budget preparation, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Work closely with external accountants on year-end financial statements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
