Description

Our Client is looking for an experienced Day Concierge to join their team at a luxury residential development based in NW3.

Working 4 on 4 off with the hours of 7am - 7pm.

Salary is £28,752 annually.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manning the front desk
  • Greet the residents, Greet the residents guests at outside - direct them where to park
  • Open the door/gate for residents
  • Offer to help/assist with groceries, packages etc when travelling to and from the car
  • Check in and out contractors from site
  • Key and parcel management
  • Monitor the CCTV
  • Liaise with the Estate Manager on any ad hoc items needed to commence.
  • Cover the Estate Manager when he is off - this would include liaise with PM, instructing contractors, running the taps in flats etc.
  • Complete SSI
  • Any ad hoc jobs/requests that the directors/leaseholders/Estate Manager should require (within reason)
