Property Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team in the vibrant heart of Canary Wharf. In this role, you will work client-side, overseeing the leasing and property management of a luxury building. Role: Property Manager

Reporting to: General Manager

Salary: £37,000

Location: Canary Wharf

Role Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, gathering feedback as needed.
  • Organise and maintain all necessary documents for residents.
  • Manage day-to-day resident and property needs, including scheduling reactive maintenance requests.
  • Provide support to the General Manager during periods of absence.
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage rent and utility arrears.
  • Conduct biannual property visits.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, keeping systems up to date.
  • Report weekly and monthly to the General Manager.

Who are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 1 year experience of working within property management is essential.
  • IRPM Level 2 and/or ARLA Level 3 qualified or working towards this is preferred.
  • A good overall education to 'A' Level / NVQ Level 3 or 4 standard or equivalent (to include English & Maths), together with strong IT skills.
  • Team Player and good communicator.
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and legislation.
