Front of House Manager - Luxury Hospitality & Wellness

Location: Hayes, London
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Front of House Manager to join a high-end co-living and hospitality space that seamlessly blends luxury accommodation with wellness-focused amenities. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium environment.

About the Role

As the Front of House Manager, you will lead a team of Social Hosts, ensuring the smooth operation of front-of-house services. You will be responsible for managing reservations, guest relations, team performance, and operational procedures to uphold the highest hospitality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage reservations, arrivals, and departures, working closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and room availability.
  • Train, motivate, and manage a team of Social Hosts, ensuring high service standards.
  • Conduct regular audits on membership payments and oversee payment reminders.
  • Implement and uphold front-of-house standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Step in to support front-of-house operations during busy periods.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house leadership role within hotels, serviced apartments, or co-living spaces.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire staff.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Proficiency in property management systems and administrative tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
