Description

Our client is seeking a live-in Porter to join their luxury residential team based in Islington.

If you have expereince within residential working within a front of house or Porter position, then please do apply!

Start date: 1st March

Salary: £26,000 + flat all bills included

Rota: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 12pm

Overview:

General supervision of the estate and of any contractors full or part time engaged on the premises. Dealing with resident's requests and complaints. All assistance to residents should be treated in a helpful, courteous and polite manner. The Resident Caretaker is the main contact of the development and should make time to get to know all residents and gain their confidence. Also when requesting that all excess noise and other disturbances or annoyances are abated but at all times, to be helpful.

Please note - this role will involve cleaning duties!
