Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager Assistant to join a dynamic team. This hybrid role combines remote and on-site responsibilities, providing vital support to the Operations Manager and Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will ensure seamless operational management, staff coordination, and effective client interactions.


The Role

As an Operations Manager Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Flushing/Void Management:

    • Overseeing and ensuring proper in-apartment cleaning procedures are followed.
    • Managing and monitoring flushing and void activities in line with guidelines.
  • Operational Support:

    • Following instructions and requests from management.
    • Reporting any operational issues or concerns promptly.
  • Customer, Client, & Staff Interaction:

    • Communicating professionally with clients, customers, and on-site staff.
    • Providing support and guidance to housekeeping teams as required.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Assisting with weekly reporting and maintaining accurate records for operational tracking.
  • Rota Management:

    • Creating and managing staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage.
    • Adjusting schedules to accommodate holiday and sickness absences.
  • Staff Support:

    • Handling staff queries and concerns.
    • Ensuring smooth task delegation and operational coverage.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an operational support or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in rota management and staff coordination (desirable).

The Package

  • Salary: £30,000 per annum (rising to £32,000 following successful completion of probation).
