Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced property professional to join our team, managing a portfolio of residential blocks with a strong focus on delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and a commitment to long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage a portfolio averaging 300 units across 10-15 blocks.
  • Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance works.
  • Ensure full compliance with fire safety, health, and safety regulations.
  • Attend AGMs and Directors' meetings, contributing valuable insights.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to uphold property standards.
  • Supervise contractors and monitor their performance.
  • Apply knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation to resolve issues.
  • Handle Section 20 processes and oversee major works projects.
  • Prepare accurate service charge budgets and manage expenditure.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, leaseholders, and contractors to maintain positive relationships.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must have a strong work ethic-reliability and commitment are key.
  • At least 3 years of experience in property management, or a junior professional managing their own portfolio.
  • Knowledgeable in managing properties across various locations.
  • Holds a clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle the dynamic workload effectively.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000.
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements, with the ability to work from home two or more days a week after passing probation.
  • Standard working hours of 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
