- Description
PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across London and are currently recruiting for temporary concierges to work with us based on a luxury development in Chelmsford.
This role would initially be a Weekend Day Position, Saturdays & Sundays however could be made permant in the future on a 4 on 4 off rota depending on the candidate. We are looking for 5* candidates who are immediately available and can be flexible with shift patterns.
Rates vary between £9.20 to £10.00 per hour + Holiday Pay.
Hours: Day shifts - 8 or 12 hours
You must be able to work on a 0 hour contract, have excellent customer service skills & dress immaculately.
Duties include:
- Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
- Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
- Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
- Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
- Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return
Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
