Description

PMR are a specialist recruitment company that provides staff, both temporary and permanent, to work in the property management industry. We are a highly successful company, established for over 15 years looking to expand our team who provide permanent staff to the Leasehold sector.

The Role

As an Assistant Recruiter you would be joining a motivated team that consistently generates results beyond the industry average.

  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage responses.
  • Manage and update a database of candidates, keeping track of their status, experience, and suitability for various roles.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and career goals, and prepare shortlisted candidates for client interviews
  • Prepare and format resumes and other documents for client submissions.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from the initial client brief to the offer and acceptance stage.
  • Organise and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication throughout.
  • Negotiate job offers between candidates and clients, managing expectations on both sides to achieve a successful placement
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and hiring practices to effectively advise clients and candidates.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, placements, and candidate feedback in Adapt.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including background checks, reference checks, producing CVs and contract documentation.
  • Your performance will be measured regularly, at least every four weeks, where you will be set targets and your performance measured against them.
  • You must be able to work closely and communicate effectively with your Team Leader, Director and the other team members.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Must be computer literate and able to use Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Working knowledge of social media
  • Knowledge of canva is preferred.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and candidates at different managerial levels.
