The Role
As Property Manager, you'll ensure the smooth running of the site by:
- Managing daily operations, including maintenance, compliance, and resident services.
- Leading staff recruitment, training, and performance to build a high-performing team.
- Handling budgets, expenditure, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Coordinating with universities, councils, and external agencies for seamless communication.
- Promoting resident satisfaction through community events and excellent customer service.
