Exciting opportunity to join a growing Build to Rent company as a Lettings Negotiator across 2 locations in the Birmingham area. This is a rapidly expanding BTR property company with opportunity to train and grow with the company.

The role will be responsible for conducting viewings of the properties, dealing with enquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. The successful candidate should be sales and target orientated, enjoy speaking and meeting with people, be friendly, personable and enjoy getting sales over the line.

Ideal backgrounds include property, student accommodation, hospitality and retail.
