Salary: up to £32,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Flexible (Option for a 4-day week)
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Block Manager to join our client's tight-knit team in a supportive and friendly work environment. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a varied portfolio, including conversions and Grade II listed buildings, with no major high-rise blocks. You'll be responsible for up to 20 blocks, ensuring that everything runs smoothly for both the properties and the leaseholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of up to 20 blocks, including some conversions and Grade II listed buildings.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repair work, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Liaise with leaseholders, contractors, and third-party suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports.
- Oversee health and safety compliance.
- Attend and chair AGMs and residents' meetings.
- Work closely with their on-site accounts team, conveyancing coordinator and surveying team, so you can focus on managing the portfolio.

- Support with further qualifications, including ATPI exam and membership fees covered by the company.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Block/Leasehold Management.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate contractors and repairs.
- Full UK driving license is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
