Property Manager

Property Manager - North East England (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a leading Residential Block Management company on a permanent basis. You will manage a portfolio of 30 developments comprising 925 units, predominantly RMC clients, requiring regular interaction with Directors and attendance at AGMs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to clients and residents
• Conduct regular site inspections and oversee onsite works
• Manage contractor appointments and tender processes
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets
• Lead Section 20 consultation processes
• Attend and minute AGMs and Directors' meetings
• Provide support to the wider Property Management team, sharing best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in leasehold property management
• ATPI qualified
• Strong understanding of leasehold legislation, service charge budgeting, and compliance
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Salary & Benefits:

• £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Fully remote role with travel to client sites as needed
