The role:
- Overseeing all planned and reactive maintenance for 2 new build residential buildings
- Developing PPM schedules
- Appointing and manage contractors, suppliers and service providers
- Hire, train, manage and engage a team of maintenance staff
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets
- Responsibility for H&S and compliance
- Providing feedback and excellent customer service to residents
Your background:
- Experience in managing maintenance in a residential or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of building systems
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts
- Solid understanding of H&S requirments
- Experience in leading a team
- Excellent communication skills
- A flexible attittude to work
