Position: Property Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join the Block Management Team on a permanent basis, to assist in managing a portfolio of high-quality properties with mixed use. The schemes will include residential, commercial, schools, shops, and churches.

Duties

  • Provide exceptional levels of service to clients.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor onsite works.
  • Tender for works.
  • Drive service standards to rival competitor providers.
  • Instruct contractor appointments.
  • Ensure compliance and oversee Health & Safety responsibilities.
  • Work to deadlines.
  • Complete Section 20 processes.
  • Prepare, agree, and issue service charge budgets.
  • Complete monthly reports for the Board.
  • Work with and manage site Concierges/Porters.
  • Attend and minute Annual General Meetings.
  • Attend Directors' meetings.
  • Liaise with teams at head office and nationwide regions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in leasehold property management.
  • Experience in delivering high-level customer-facing services.
  • Full awareness of the latest developments in property management.
  • Willingness to train for a TPI qualification if not already obtained.
  • Understanding of leases, service charge budgeting, and associated legislation.
  • Excellent customer service and client focus.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in IT skills.

Salary Range & Benefits

  • £45,000.00 - £50,000.00 depending on experience.
