Resident Manager - Leatherhead

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Resident Manager for a full-time permanent position in Leatherhead. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled property professional who is dedicated to delivering top-tier service and ensuring a positive resident experience.

Role Overview:

As the Resident Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all residents, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from their initial enquiry through to move-out. Your role will include maintaining high occupancy rates, preparing properties to a high standard, and driving resident satisfaction across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main customer-facing representative for residents, visitors, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Manage the resident experience from first enquiry to move-in and throughout their residency.
  • Conduct property viewings and manage the reservation process.
  • Perform regular inspections of properties to ensure they are maintained at the highest standards.
  • Oversee the move-out process, including deposit release and utility management.
  • Support resident events and office operations, ensuring smooth daily activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ARLA or equivalent property qualification (Level 3 essential, Level 4 desirable).
  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service in lettings or property management.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and property management systems such as Yardi.
