Temporary Caretaker - London

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Caretaker

Duties:

• Be available across the building/in the Caretaker's office for any resident needs
• Deal with day to day enquiries from the residents and Owners via e-mail, post, telephone and in person
• Oversee the day to day management and maintenance of the site, reporting any major issue to the Property Manager
• Oversee and monitor contractors on-site staff and performances
• Cleaning of all communal areas (including entryways, stairwells and hallways).
• Manage bin stores and take recycling and general bins to basement level for and prepare for collection on required days.
• Clean up minor spills and litter-pick daily internally and externally.
• Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as appropriate

Experience

• Previous caretakingexperience;
• Basic building repair and maintenance;
• Reasonable understanding of Health and Safety legislation;

Skills Set

• Impeccable customer service skills;
• Professional, organised and with good manners;
• Understanding of caretaking/cleaning/gardening/general Maintenance;
• Understanding of residential block management;
• Ability to deal with contractors, leaseholders and residents confidently;
