Description

Our client looks after a residential block based in Brighton, they are seeking an experienced Handyman/ Maintenance to assist with keeping the block in fantastic working order for residents.

This is a temporary role, we are looking for a candidate who is ideally available to start immediately.

Hours: 3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays (9am to 5pm) - there could be flexibility on the days per week

Rate: £14.00 - £17.00 ph depending on experience + Holiday Pay (payments are made via PAYE weekly)

Duties:

  • Day to day maintenance jobs in Flats and Communal area.
  • Basic handyman jobs.
  • Painting to the communal areas.
  • Light remedials/repairs.

Candidates MUST have previous experience working within Handyman/ Maintenance roles.
