We are recruiting for an Assistant Development Manager to join a residential building in West London.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: West London
Descrption:
- Carrying out building checks
- Assisting Concierge staff with processing and storage of parcels and keys
- Compile staff roster, assist the Estate Manager in dealing with any staff issues
- Record the details and report any issues from the commercial units to the Estate Manager & Property Manager
- Deal with contractor signing in and out sheets and issue of permits to work
- Calculate staff monthly overtime for approval by the Estate Manager
- Report any potential insurance claims to the Estate & Property Managers'
- Ensure water, gas and electricity meter readings are recorded
- Monitor fobs and parking permits, ensuring appropriate fee is collected from residents
- Assist with Fire alarm testing procedures
- Use QUBE to answer resident's basic queries
- Compile and complete the Pre-Sale (LPE1) and Completion (M1) packs
Assist the Manager with:
- Managing all operational aspects of the development.
- Providing a secure and safe environment for the residents, commercial tenants and staff at the development.
- Developing and maintaining service orientated culture amongst the staff and contracted service providers.
- Supporting the development of activities to enhance the lifestyle of residents based around the communal facilities
- Managing and supervise the in-house staff and oversee the work of the in-house operations teams and external contractors
- Ensuring the development is maintained to the standard commensurate with the client's portfolio status and value
- Ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety Policy for managed estates
Requirements:
- Confident at dealing with residents, contractors and other visitors to the Estate
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Ability to use own initiative to solve problems
- Polite and friendly attitude
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of QUBE & Meridien systems
