Live-in Residential Porter

Our client is currently looking for a Live-In Residential Porter, which includes a 1 bedroom apartment, based in the borough of Greenwhich.

Woking hours will be Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum plus 1 bed flat with bills includes.

Duties will be:

• Assisting in keeping the lobby and other public areas clean and tidy.
• Helping communal and external housekeeping.
• Handling certain reception duties and residents enquiries.
• Responding to residents requests and making sure they are comfortable throughout.
• Ensuring the safety of residents by, for instance, placing and removing signage that indicates wet floors or paint.
• Provide advice and information to tenants, residents.
• Promote tenant and resident engagement.
• Attend internal and external meetings as required.
• Responsible for reactive maintenance when an issue is reported either via email or phone call etc, then ensuring that job orders are raised appropriately before sending contractors to site, whilst keeping the customer informed.
• Set up or monitoring of Insurance claims.
• Writing leaseholders and resident letters regarding different issues relating to the block.
• Liaise with onsite staff so you are aware of what is going on onsite, along with working with them to ensure the best possible service.
