Temporary Concierge - TW Postcode Area

PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across London and are currently recruiting for temporary concierges to work with us across various developments in the TW postcode area. We are looking for 5* candidates who are immediately available and can be flexible with shift patterns.

Rates vary between £9 to £10.85 per hour + Holiday Pay.

Hours: Days or Nights, 8-12 hour shifts

You must be able to work on a 0 hour contract, have excellent customer service skills & dress immaculately.

Duties include:

• Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
• Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
• Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
• Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
• Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return

Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
