One of our clients is searching for an experienced porter to join their team at their residential building based in West End.
Duties include:
- Meet and greet residents upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist residents with luggage when needed.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at the front desk.
- Manage front-of-house duties, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Handle small parcels and packages efficiently, ensuring accurate delivery and documentation.
- Provide assistance and support with various administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure a positive experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
About the role:
- Salary: £24,960 per annum
- Hours: Working 5 days a week with mixed hours (7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm), some weeks might include extra days off depending on rota.
