PMR is looking to hire a professional Building Assistant to join the team on a luxury Student Accommodation client based in Zone 1. Our clients are looking for 5* candidates with excellent customer service skills, this role requires attention to detail.
Salary: £24,974 pa (pro rata)
Contract: 6 month fixed term basis
Hours: You will work 37.5 hours a week - on a flexible shift system - 7:30-16:00 /12:00-20:30
Working 5 days out of 7; working weekends and bank holidays on a rotating basis
Main responsibilities:
Post and Parcel Organisation:
- Process post and parcel deliveries using our online system (Traizr)
- Conduct post audits when required (3 audits per week)
- Manage the RTS (Return to sender) system
- Support our stakeholders in parcel management
- Working with the property team to minimise "lost parcels" and manage lost parcel process
- Deliver parcels to resident flats as appropriate
- Ensure office and parcel room is kept neat and tidy.
- Organise parcels to be stored safely.
