Assistant Day Concierge - Kensington, London W8

An excellent assistant day concierge (with driver's licence) is required for a brand-new boutique mixed-use scheme launching this summer in Kensington.

Shift Pattern: 4 days on 4 days off; 7am -7pm

The Role:
The assistant concierge will be the first point of contact for residents and guests arriving at the residences. They will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests, it will be their duty to create memorable experiences for the residents. They will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.

They will greet residents and their guests upon arrival, manage all calls and emails to the concierge desk, manage all residential deliveries. They will assist with ad-hoc resident requests such as transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, theatre bookings and dry-cleaning requests. They will refer any significant lifestyle requests to the head office to assist.

The residential concierge will be looking after all residents across the development (2 buildings) so regular patrols of the scheme will be expected. Equally, patrolling the spa and ensuring it is always immaculate will be expected as part of the front of house running.

Requirements:
* Clean UK Licence held for no less than two years
* Minimum 2 years hospitality experience as a concierge within London super-prime, residential schemes
* Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills
* Service driven, understand the importance of going the 'extra mile'
* Experience serving UHNWIs
