Job Title: Day Concierge - Luxury Residential Building

Location: Uxbridge

Hours: 9am - 5pm Tuesday - Saturday

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum

Role Overview: As a Day Concierge, you will be the face of our luxury residential building during daytime hours. You will provide a warm, professional, and attentive service to residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome residents and guests warmly, providing a professional and courteous first point of contact.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain a high level of security awareness, monitoring access to the building and ensuring only authorized individuals are granted entry.
  • Handle resident requests promptly and efficiently, including arranging bookings, reservations, and transportation services.
  • Assist with parcel and mail handling, notifying residents of deliveries and ensuring secure storage and retrieval.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of communal areas, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Liaise with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating building events, amenities, and services for residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, and incidents, following building protocols and procedures.
  • Stay updated on local amenities, events, and services to provide residents with relevant information and assistance.
  • Uphold the reputation of the building through impeccable personal presentation and conduct
  • Additional duties may be necessary including minor manual handling from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar concierge or customer service role, ideally within a luxury residential setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming standards, reflecting the luxury ethos of the building.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach, always seeking to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with building security systems and procedures (desirable but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
