- Description
We are currently resourcing for a professional Night Concierge to join the team on a luxury residential development based in SE London. You would be working within a team of Concierges during your shift, reporting into the Estates Manager.
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Rota: 4on 4off, 7pm to 7am shifts
Duties include:
- Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting, or taking messages as required.
- Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
- Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
- Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
- Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return.
Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
