DAY DOORMAN/ VALET
4 days on 4 days off; 7am -7pm
An excellent Day Doorman/ Valet is required for a remarkable luxury residence building in SW1.
The Role: The Doorman/Valet are the very first members of staff that residents and their guests meet upon arrival at the building. They are responsible for covering the entrance, providing a physical security presence at the principal gateway to the scheme and will also park and retrieve residents' cars from the car park. They will be responsible for all visitors 'first impression' . Therefore, maintaining impeccable standards of welcoming service; holding doors, assisting with luggage, hailing taxis and assisting with directions will be expected.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within London super prime residential schemes
* Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills
* Full clean UK driving licence
* Service driven, understand the importance of going the 'extra mile'
* Experience serving UHNWIs
* Good knowledge of Central London and surrounding local area
* High standard of written and spoken English
