- Description
Our client is seeking the first hires for a new residential development opening in West London. We are recruiting for both day concierges and night concierges to join the team in time for opening in March 2024. This would be a great opportunity for candidates who are enthusiastic to be part of a new scheme, where you can really help to shape your role.
- Day & Night positions available
- 12 hour shifts 7/7
- 4 days on 4 days shift pattern
- Expected salary of up to £28,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
- Providing a 5-Star customer service to any residents and guests within a busy and diverse environment
- Be the first point of contact for all residents and guests such as contractors and sub-contractors
- Report any issues to the Development Manager and ensure safety and security of the building
- Assist with resident move ins and viewings as the building goes live
Qualities:
- Polite, friendly and approachable
- Stamina to work long hours
- Immaculate appearance
- Positive attitude, and enthusiasm for the industry
- Reliable
Skills:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Can-do attitude
- Previous experience within a luxury residential or 5* environment is highly beneficial
