Our Client are currently looking for an experienced Night Concierge to join their team at a luxury, high-end residential development based in London Surrey. Ideally someone with immediate start.
Working 4 days on 4 days off with the hours of 7pm - 7am.
Salary is £25,000 annually.
Duties include:
- Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting, or taking messages as required.
- Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
- Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
- Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
- Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return.
Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
