Overview: As a Team Leader within our organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing a traditional portfolio of developments. Your primary objective will be to support a team of 2 line reports, fostering a collaborative environment while adeptly problem-solving to ensure the highest levels of service delivery to our valued customers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 2 line reports, ensuring clarity of objectives and fostering a positive team dynamic.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively and efficiently.
- Facilitate the learning and development of team members, leveraging training opportunities such as ARMA courses, Leadership courses, and our internal training program.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and implement strategies to enhance customer/client satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices within the team.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members to drive performance excellence.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a similar industry or environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development, with a willingness to participate in training opportunities and pursue professional growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to embrace change and drive positive outcomes.
- Knowledge of ARMA regulations and leadership principles is desirable but not essential.
