Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and charismatic day concierge to join the team at a luxury residential building in Kensington, London W8.
Rota: 38.5 hours average per week
Week 1: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays
Week 2: Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays
(All 7am - 7pm, with 1 hour's unpaid break)Salary:
£24,000pa (equivalent to £11.99ph), which will be increased to £25,000pa after a 6 month probation period (equivalent to £12.49ph)
Duties:
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to residents
- Building a relationship with residents
- Showing a prescence on behalf of the management of the block
- Ensuring the correct storage and distribution of keys
- Distributing post efficiently to residents
Candidates with previous experience working in luxury residential apartments or 4/5* hotels would be desirable.
All candidates must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
