- Description
Our client is looking for a high calibre candidate for a temporary to permanent Weekend Porter role based at a luxury, large residential development in North West London paying £10,000pa (equivalent to £10.68ph).
Rota/Hours:
Saturdays & Sundays: 8am - 5pm
Previous experience working in luxury apartments or 4/5* hotels would be desirable.
Candidates must be immaculately presented, possess strong customer service skills and be able to abide by procedures set by the managing agents. Experience in security or maintenance backgrounds will also be an advantage.
Duties will include;
-Manning the reception desk
-Security patrols of the development on a regular basis
-Dealing with any queries or issues from residents
-Ensuring no trespassers gain entry to the development
-Looking into maintenance issues for residents where able (such as checking communal boiler rooms and resetting electricy switches if and when needed)
-Supervising contractors
-Holding keys
-Ensuring that communal areas are kept clean and tidy
-Distributing post and parcels
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
