Overview:
To ensure that designated communal areas of our client's luxury residential building is kept clean and tidy, as per the specific responsibilities detailed below.
Working hours are: Monday - Friday: 8am-12pm (20 hours per week)RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all residents' bins are checked, emptied daily and taken to site rubbish bin area (3 blocks, approcimately 60 apartments up to 7 floors)
- All rubbish bins and recycling bins to be taken out of bin area daily, ready for refuse collection
- Regular sweeping and jet washing of all external lightwells
- Regular sweeping of rear external stairs
- Cleaning of external areas and toilets
