Our client is currently looking for a part-time Maintenance Operative to work at a luxury residential development in East London.
The successful candiate must have a full driving license in order to drive the refuse buggy. Safety boots are also required. If you feel you are suitable for the role - please make your application ASAP.
Working hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (09:00 - 17:00 - 1 hour lunch break).Main purpose of the job:
To provide general caretaking and maintenance support for the building.Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Daily cleaning of blocks according to cleaning specification
- Weekly grounds maintenance such as sweeping of courtyard/basement
- Monthly jet washing/disinfecting binstore room
- Watering flowerbeds and lawned areas as required during Summer months
- General light maintenance works such as checking lights operating, painting & decorating, minor repairs etc
- Driving the Refuse BuggyPerson Specification:
- Previous experience within residential or hotel environment in a similar role
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
