We working with a leading Specialist in Residential Block Management, managing a portfolio of developments across the country. They are committed to providing the highest level of service, professionalism, and expertise to all their clients.
We are currently recruiting for a Mixed Scheme Manager to join the Property Management Team on a permanent basis, to assist in the delivery of managing a portfolio of high-quality property with mixed use. The schemes will include residential, commercial, schools, shops and churches.
Duties to include:
- Providing exceptional levels of service to clients
- Site inspections and monitoring onsite works
- Tendering for works
- Driving service standards to rival competitor providers.
- Instructing contractor appointments
- Ensuring compliance and responsible for Health & Safety
- Working to deadlines
- Completing Section 20 processes
- Preparing, agreeing, and issuing service charge budgets
- Completing monthly reports for the Board
- Working with and managing site Concierges/Porters
- Attending and minuting Annual General Meetings
- Attending Directors meetings
- Liaising with the teams at Head office and Nationwide regions
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience of leasehold property management
- Previous experience of delivering services to a high level of customer facing environment
- Full awareness of the latest developments in Property Management
- Willing to train for an IRPM qualification if not already obtained
- An understanding of leases, Service Charge Budgeting, and associated legislation
- Excellent customer service and client focussed
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good IT Skills
Salary Range & Benefits:
- £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm and Fridays 9.00 am - 3.00 pm with half hour for lunch on each day.
Location: Working from home with visit to client sites as required. Visits to Head Office will also be required.
