Description

PMR work with luxury residential buildings across London and are currently looking for temporary concierges over the busy christmas period! You also get double pay on all bank holidays!

If you have experience in concierge/porter/customer service/hospitality I would love to hear from you!

Duties:

  • Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
  • Patrols
  • Key handling
  • Parcel handling
  • Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
  • Looking smart and well presented at all times
  • Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with the Building Manager/team members

The successful person must have strong administrational skills outstanding customer service skills. Experience within hospitality/residential developments is desirable.
