- Description
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Concierge to work at a luxury residential development in Barking IG11.
The shift pattern will be Monday - Friday 8am to 2.30pm (32.5 hours per week)
Salary - £19,435
Responsibilities:
- You are to be based at the front desk and your principal task is to ensure and maintain the security of the building and the well being of the occupants, so that the development is a pleasant, clean and secure place to live.
- You should patrol the building and the communal areas frequently. Water leaks or plant breakdown should be dealt with immediately and emergency service engineers should be called out where appropriate.
- To be clean and presentable at all times.
- Sort and deliver mail and sign for packages; enter in parcel book and ensure signed for when collected.
- Ensure defective lightbulbs are changed if possible or reported within 24hoursPlease note that you MUST have previous residential experience for this position.
