About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of circa 15 buildings.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and leaseholders, providing a high level of customer service.
- Attend quarterly meetings with clients, both virtually and on site.
- Oversee the work of the Assistant Property Manager and provide support to the team.
- Manage property finances, including rent collection, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Handle property maintenance requests and ensure all properties are in good condition.
- Liaise with external contractors and service providers.
- Comply with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in the property industry
- AIRPM qualification (ideally)
- Proven track record of success in managing a portfolio of properties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
