Description

We are working with a leading PBSA provider actively seeking a Part Time Building Assistant/ Parcel Operative to join the team. You would be working as part of a team, providing general support within the parcel office of a luxury Student Accommodation building.

Location: City of London

Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday - Shift rota basis 7:30-16:00pm or 12:00-20:30pm (30 hours per week)

Salary: £19,835 per annum

Duties:

  • Process post and parcel delivers using our online system
  • Conduct post audits when required (3 audits per week)
  • Going above and beyond to deliver excellent resident service.
  • Provide 'front of house' services at the property as required. Support colleagues with lock outs, hire system and fire panel support.
  • Manage the RTS (Return to sender) system
  • Support our stakeholders in parcel management (DLD/ Build Studios)
  • Working with the property team to minimise "lost parcels" and manage lost parcel process
  • Deliver parcels to resident flats as appropriate
  • Understanding the importance of Health & Safety and Fire Safety in all that you do and report anything that is not safe.
  • Ensure the office and parcel areas are kept clear, tidy and organised.
  • You'll be carrying out checks and building walks - logging all your observations on an iPad.
