Description

Our client is looking for an Assistant Development Manager to work at a Luxury Residential site in West London.

Working Hours: 8am - 4.30pm

Main Duties:

  • Prioritize work to ensure that deadlines and targets are met within the appropriate time scales.
  • Update, amend, maintain & manage the main database of information for the estate.
  • Manage the estate purchase ordering system.
  • Send out Welcome packs to all new tenants & lessees, with follow-up to all non-received details.
  • Communicate with the car parking company.
  • Update, amend & maintain the facilities management database in liaison with Development Manager.
  • Deal with telephone enquiries together with any associated follow-up.
  • Deal with email correspondence and replies as necessary, keeping team updated with current issues.
  • Meeting and greeting clients, residents & contractors as required.
  • Deal with all written correspondence on behalf of the team as required.
  • Plan and organize the calendar to make efficient use of time.
  • Maintain filing systems both electronic & paper associated with the property management team.
  • Liaising with Development Manager, Estate Agents, Lessees, Tenants, Surveyors, and Developer as required.
  • Send out circular letters/email updates to residents and lessees as requested by the Development Manager.
  • Update the building noticeboards as required.
  • Assist the Development Manager in writing and circulating monthly resident's newsletters.
  • Assisting with all aspects of property management as directed by the Development Manager.
  • Any other office related tasks including photocopying, post, registered mail.
  • To adhere to the Landlord & Tenant Act and work within the approved budgetary constraints as directed by Estate Management.
  • To pro-actively solve problems and recommend changes to make improvements.
  • Produce reports for the team as directed by the Development Manager.
  • Ordering stationery and cleaning supplies as necessary in liaison with Development Manager.

Other Responsibilities:

  • To know, understand and demonstrate the principles highlighted within the Mission Statement.
  • Assist where necessary with any other reasonable tasks or duties when assigned by the Development Manager.
