Temporary Concierge - Luxury Residential Apartments

PMR is recruiting for professional Temporary Concierge staff to work across our luxury residential developments across London, we work with most managing agents in the sector to provide cover for sickness and annual leave across the on-site teams. You will work on a zero hour contract basis.

You will be working in a front of house capacity, where appearance is important, we expect all of our candidates to be immaculately presented and present strong customer service skills.

Location: Central London and all Surrounding London locations

Hours: 12 hour shifts typically, ad-hoc basis for cover, occasionally we will have ongoing work available too!

Rate: £11.00 - £11.95 per hour + holiday pay

Duties:

• Welcoming residents and visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner.
• Provide a presence in the building and in the main reception area.
• Dealing with all residents requests and complaints efficiently.
• Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
• Accurate parcel handling and recording.
• Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return.
• Maintaining a log book of current and past contractors and on site visitors.
• Internal and external patrols of the development.
