Our client is currently looking for an Experienced Maintenance Operative to assist with both planned and reactive maintenance works across 2 sites in Wembley Park.
Role: Maintenance Operative
Location: Wembley HA9
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm PLUS 2 x Saturdays per month (allows extra day off in the week)
Salary: £30,000pa (+ discretionary 10% bonus)
You will be responsible for ensuring all statutory compliance is met on site, assessing the condition of the property and addressing any issues reported.
The role requires the postholder to be competent, work with minimal direct supervision and liaise with a range of internal and external contacts including suppliers an contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a high-quality customer experience in relation to the speed and quality of the service provided to reported faults and the general condition, state, and repair of the property.
As this role requires some lone working and can operate outside of normal office opening hours (Saturday coverage), effective communication for duty handover and the ability to evaluate and manage situations practically as and when they arise is an essential part of this role, escalating emergency issues to management where appropriate.
Experience working within the residential or luxury industry in a similar role would be highly beneficial. Working practical knowledge or qualifications within trade is also desirable.
