- Description
We are working with a prestigious residential block which is situated in the heart of South West London. They are currently recruiting for a Day Concierge to join the team.
Hours: 4on 4off rota, 7am to 7pm
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Duties:
- To keep a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
- Assist residents and their visitors with geography of London and U.K.
- Suggest places of interest and sights if requested.
- Record all incoming mail and parcels.
- Recipients to sign for registered letters and courier packages.
- Handle out-going mail and parcels.
- To take messages for residents, their visitors and staff.
- To book chauffeur driven and self drive cars.
- To allocate visitors' spaces or the relevant apartment space to contractors.

- Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with team members, onsite staff, residents, guests, and contractors working collaboratively to achieve overall business outcomes.
- Take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company's Health & Safety policies and practices, demonstrating personal engagement with safety, and proactively identifying risks and hazards and continuously improve safety performance.
- Full & clean driving license would be beneficial but not essential (to assist with valet requests, on occassion
Candidates must have proven experience working in 5* residential or high end hotels in their previous roles to apply for this position.
