Job Title: Porter

We are looking for a Porter to work at our client's prestigious building in Central London.

The hours are 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with a one-hour unpaid break for lunch.
You may be expected to work such additional hours as the needs of the block dictate.

Duties:
* Welcoming residents and visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner, opening doors.
* Provide a presence in the building and in the main reception area.
* Dealing with all residents requests and complaints efficiently.
* Accurate parcel handling and recording.
* Cleaning of the communal areas.

Requirements:
* Polite
* Discreet
* Smartly dressed
* Similar experience within a luxury residential building or hotel
