Hours: Part-time Ongoing Sundays 07.00am - 19.00pm

Responsible to: Director of Operations/Associate Director

About Us:

PMR are a specialist property recruitment company, based in Oxford Circus. We are currently looking to appoint a Sunday Bookings Consultant to join our successful team. We supply some of the UK's largest property management companies with staff to manage their sites across the UK.

Job Role:

As a Sunday Bookings Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our daily operations, responsible for managing bookings and ensuring our clients receive the best service. The role is fast-paced and critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering calls from clients and temporary staff members in a professional and courteous manner.
• Booking temporary staff into shifts, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Updating and maintaining our database with accurate information.
• Sending email confirmations to clients and staff members.
• Collaborating with our team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role or a strong customer service background.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
• Availability to work ongoing Sundays until further notice.
