Property Manager

An expanding company in the Thames Valley and surrounding areas is currently seeking an experienced property manager to work for existing long-term clients providing a professional service for all aspects associated with leasehold block management.

Essentially an office based position predominantly 9.00am to 5.00pm however incorporating flexibility to enable to meet with the clients' requirements to include occasional evening meetings when required. The property manager will oversee all aspects of the Estate ensuring the building remains insured, is compliant with all aspects of health and safety and is well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of a quality property management service for an assigned portfolio of developments
  • Completing Section 20 Notices and arranging for works to be carried out
  • Ensuring relevant service contracts are in place and are renewed as appropriately to ensure smooth running of the development
  • Providing budget assistance to the Account Manager
  • Supporting repairs and maintenance team
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
  • Good interpersonal skills both face to face and written
  • Ability of working under pressure and being able to keep calm
  • Having a professional approach to your work and an eye for detail

Personal Requirements

  • Driving license
  • Excellent time management
  • Block Property background is essential
  • IRPM qualified

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1700 Salary: To be commensurate with experience Benefits:
