Description
Our client is actively seeking a professional Night Concierge to join the team on a residential block based in East London. You will be working in a front of house capacity, ideal candidates will have either residential or hotel experience.
Hours: 4on 4off, 7pm to 7am
Salary: £26,000 per annum rising to £28,650 after probation
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of front of house concierge office.
- Assisting residents, contractors, and visitors when and where required.
- CCTV monitoring.
- Routine Patrols of the development.
- Keeping a diary of all works and visits.
- Reporting Faults and Defects through appropriate channels.
- Answer telephone calls and emails and logging of messages.
- Signing in and out visitors and contractors.
- Receiving parcels and letters on behalf of residents.
- Key Holding and management, programming fob keys and car remote control fobs for contractors and residents.
- Handing out keys and access fob to cleaners, residents and contractors as required.
- Able to give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift.
Requirements:
- Previous residential/hotel experience
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Must be proactive with a hardworking, energetic personality.
