PMR is looking to recruit for a Weekend Day Concierge to work on a residential block in North London. Our client is seeking a professional candidate with a customer oriented approach. The Concierge will provide generic receptionist duties on site, welcoming residents and visitors in a friendly manner.
Hours: Saturdays and Sundays - 08.30am to 17.00pm (Weekends only)
Salary: £10.42 per hour - £9,221.28 per annum
Duties:
- To provide new residents with a welcome pack that includes the welcome letter and disclaimer building regulations, email authorisation, bicycle storage and any other relevant and timely information.
- To meet and greet leaseholders, residents, guests and visitors and answer enquiries by telephone or email or from callers to the desk.
- To deal effectively with complaints, take corrective action and remain courteous at all times.
- To ensure that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times.
- To assist residents with luggage/shopping to and from their apartments.
- To check and screen all visitors and guest and any contractor staff, ensuring that they have permission to be present in the building and that a legible record of their visit, including car details, is recorded in the Visitor Book.
- To issue keys only to correct personnel and residents whilst recording at all times the signing in and out of keys.
- To issue and record key fobs to leaseholders in line with current procedures.
- To receive, record and keep safe all parcels and registered mail and to notify the appropriate individuals in order to arrange collection.
- To keep up to date with local information, e.g. restaurants, activities, amenities and services, e.g. transportation timetables and assist residents in making arrangements.
- To ensure effective security of residents and the building at all times including maintaining a regular visible presence, monitoring the CCTV and aiding the smooth running and security of the car parking facilities.
- To carry out regular patrols of the entire building, internally and externally, a minimum of three times per shift, and report unsafe conditions of the building or security breaches or found to the line manager or deal with minor issues, e.g. open windows as appropriate. In an emergency situation to call the out of hours service.
