We are working with a luxury residential scheme based in South East London, who are looking to hire a full time Night Concierge to work as part of a team and provide 5* customer service to residents. We are looking for a personable candidate who is passionate about delivering great customer service!
Hours: 7pm to 7am, 4on 4off rota
Salary: £27,000 pa
Duties:
- Welcoming residents and visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner.
- Provide a presence in the building and in the main reception area.
- Dealing with all residents requests and complaints efficiently.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
- Accurate parcel handling and recording.
- Reporting any health and safety issues to management.
- Dealing with contractors and accompanying their visits around the sites
- Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return.
- Maintaining a log book of current and past contractors and on site visitors.
- Internal and external patrols of the development
Key Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong IT Skills are essential for this role
- A personable approach to dealing with residents
- Fantastic customer service skills
