About the role
We are looking for a Block Manager to join atransparent and driven team and help us manage a portfolio of 400 units. This is a fully remote role, and you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 400 units
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the units
- Liaise with tenants and contractors
- Ensure that all units are maintained to a high standard
- Drive to portfolio units as required (expenses covered)
Requirements
- Must be able to drive and have use of own vehicle
- Experience in managing a portfolio of properties
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
